At Smarteenews, your satisfaction and trust matter deeply to us. We understand that sometimes an order may not meet expectations, and we’re here to make the return process simple, transparent, and worry-free. This policy explains how returns and refunds work so you can shop with full confidence.
I. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a 30-day return window, starting from the date your package is marked as delivered in the carrier’s tracking system. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us within this timeframe and ensure the item is shipped back before the 30-day limit.
This period allows you to check your order carefully and confirm that it meets your expectations. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
II. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and free from stains, damage, odors, or alterations.
- Intact Packaging: Original boxes, bags, and protective materials must be returned in undamaged condition.
- Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and inserts must remain attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation.
Items failing to meet these requirements may be rejected or returned to you.
III. Returns Eligible for Full Refund (Our Error)
Smarteenews covers all costs for returns caused by our mistake. The following issues qualify for a full refund and free return shipping:
- Manufacturing Defects: Misprints, stitching issues, holes, stains, fabric marks, or quality defects.
- Design/Text Errors: Any spelling, placement, or graphic error made during production.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Incorrect size, color, style, or product.
- Service-Related Errors: Any issue caused by our fulfillment or internal handling.

IV. Returns Not Eligible (Customer Error)
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, certain situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Incorrect size, color, or style chosen during checkout
- Incorrect custom text, name spellings, or design details submitted by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is processed or delivered
- Minor color variations due to screen or device settings
We print exactly what is provided, so please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order.
V. Refund Process
1. Requesting a Return
Email support@smarteenews.com with your order number and return reason. We will send you the correct return instructions.
2. Shipping the Item
Please pack your item securely and use a trackable shipping service. We recommend adding shipping insurance.
3. Inspection & Notification
Once we receive your return, our Quality Control team will review it within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email informing you whether the refund is approved.
4. Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to show on your statement.
VI. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return falls under Section III (our error).
